The sign up process needs to be rephrased with clear instructions. The website stated that I can expect an email within 48 hours, however it has been past a month and I haven't received any updates. I cannot cancel the process nor delete my account on what I signed up for at the moment.

Yeah.. Tbh with you Loops just needs to be worked on, a lot, Dansup promise lots of stuff but it NEVER makes it to the deadline he says... He should focus more on one thing instead of developping ten things at one... The ecosystem would be way better this way...
