Does Starfield even require that you select pronouns? Most games I've played with a selection (Sims, Forza Horizon, Baldur's Gate 3) just default them to the characters' body type

It gives you the defaults for the body type and then allows you to change them if desired. I can’t imagine getting worked up over it, in like a billion hours of gameplay there’s 5 seconds easily missed where they acknowledge pronouns exist, the horror.

Yeah, ESO is from ZOS, IIRC that's Zenimax Online Studios or the like. Absolute dogshit company in general which is a shame because ESO is all the cool, weird shit in Elder Scrolls that the mainline hasn't touched since Morrowind outside of the brief aside in Oblivion with the Shivering Isles.
It defaults to the cis pronoun of your character. You have to actively change your pronoun, if you don't go up and select your pronouns to change them it's not part of the process.

And honestly? In an explicitly nsfw place like LoversLab I really dont see a problem with that. I mean once its out there for public consumption I guess its open to criticism but I don't really have a problem with "slave kink" (or whatever) stuff.
