Not for a moment. They'll accept any harm to any group, so long as it lets them hold onto their campist worldview. Any time they claim to suddenly be concerned about effects and willing to engage in harm reduction "If only, if only", they're fucking lying.
Cinicism and apathy are valued greatly among tankies, no news here. After all someonelse's death is a sacrifice they are willing to make.

A lot of people on the right are weirdly cozy with tankies. They like to push them as the "real left" to make leftist ideas look worse for the average working class person.
