Holy shit, is this the government official version of sending someone a link to a batshit crazy youtube video that “proves” your patently nonsense beliefs?

I was just at the dentist the other day for a cleaning. The hygienist could tell I didn't grow up here because they only started putting fluoride in the water after a certain year and my teeth weren't awful. Getting rid of fluoride in water is a pants on head stupid move.
