Even if her op-ed was directly in support of hamas it still wouldn't make what is happening legal

Sincere question. Since she was on a student visa, does she have the same rights as an American citizen?

The Supreme Court has consistently upheld that the First Amendment applies to anyone in the US. The Trump regime is now trying to argue that non-citizens don't have many basic constitutional rights. This is very dangerous, especially the deportations without due process. If they can incarcerate and deport people into foreign prisons without any proof, as they have been doing, then they can do that to anyone, including citizens.

Thank you for explaining it so clearly. I had a feeling that's what he was up to, but I wanted to clarify because I really didn't know. They seem to be going after the most vulnerable right now illegally.

And it's why I won't be visiting the US any more until you deal with the orange monster and his evil henchmen. It's way too dangerous and I value not being locked up in an El Salvadorian prison camp for the rest of my natural life.

Yeah, she does. The government doesn't give you rights.

Yeah her state sponsored kidnapping video was my breaking point. It should be playing on msnbc or whatever 24/7. Absolutely horrifying.

I hope that her first words were, “I want to speak to a lawyer “
