A place to exchange kick-ass recipes. Either your own, or links to ones you've found and tried (and which worked) online, or tweaks to classics.

This community isn't for gourmet meals or Michellin stars, it's for real recipes people actually use and love.

Also, no cuisine gatekeeping here, please. If you love pineapple and strawberries on pizza, or mushrooms and jellytots in carbonara, them you do you!

Another of my staples - you can prepare the tuna ahead of time and let it marinate, then make the harissa potatoes, throw the tuna on a griddle pan and perhaps throw some green beans on there for an extra vegetable.

It's a real winner - prep is no time at all, so you can throw it together earlier in the day and then when you are ready to eat cook them up in no time. I imagine that, if you're careful you could potentially grill them too.
