Not a lawyer, but this feels like it could backfire on the government. If they don't offer an alternative to murder, i would imagine there would be a higher chance of him being found not guilty should there be any level of uncertainty in the jury.

These clowns refuse to produce evidence as required by criminal procedure...

Whole thing is already beyond tainted

Saw a youthbe video, prosecutors didn't turn over evidence within required time line. Presumably there is a court filing of support this claim.

I didn't check myself

Jury nulification is a sweet set of words.

I think the reference is more about how much harder it is to prove a capitol case versus proving lesser charges. He may get off completely if the jury won’t convict.

Oh this absolutely will backfire.

People get bolder when they realize they have nothing else to lose.

We all knew this was coming. All manners of abuse and murder are legal for the ruling class as long as they’re siphoning wealth from the working class. Fighting back is either prohibitively expensive or illegal. Communist anarchy for the rich cut throat capitalist tyranny for all of us. Things have gotten pretty sad.

Lol... How is this news...

How about you prove your case Karen

Because between big brain prosecutors and imbeciles law enforcement coupled with the domestic spooks... Still managed to botch it

I think it's awkward to call for the death penalty in this case. It's saying that it's ok to kill people as long as there's a mandate, or paperwork, or if enough people find it justified.

I think about the "rule of law" and remember there's a two tier system that holds the rich above the rest. I think about the mandate given to the law and remember how friendly they are with neo Nazis, Christian terrorists, and insurrectionists.

Is "Killing people is ok as long as your group justifies it" the message to be sending??

I mean... Have you seen pretty much anything in the news lately? Isreal, Iran, LA, "border"patrol, et al?🤷🏼‍♂️ That is their message, full stop.
