I had that game, and I really liked it but only after I stopped comparing it to Goldeneye and played it for what it was. The multiplayer mode wasn't great, but was still fun. For the most part, I just treated it like a single-player game and we'd always switch to Goldeneye for PvP until Perfect Dark came out.
The one thing I absolutely loved about multiplayer in this game, though, was the sticky grenade. I was such a bastard with those (they stick to the enemies / other players). I'd always play as M in multiplayer (I thought, incorrectly, she was the Oddjob of this game in case you were wondering exactly how much of a bastard I am when playing PvP). Friends would see a little old lady run by, think I didn't see them, and boom: stickied.
Edit: I've been watching the "Let's Play" of TWINE for the last 2 hours. If you're interested...
