“The real problem is not like the crazy guy that firebombs a Tesla dealership, it’s the people pushing the propaganda that cause that guy to do it,” he continued.

“The president has made it clear, we are going to go after them. The ones providing the money. The ones pushing the lies and propaganda, we’re going after them,” Musk claimed. “I think there’s some real evil out there. We have to overcome it.”

This statement means that U.S. Citizens no longer have Constitutional rights.

Let's say your above post was deemed illegal by ~~Elon~~ the US government. Do you feel confident that the NSA couldn't uncover your identity and pass the details to a CIA ops team?

The ones pushing the lies and propaganda, we’re going after them

While lies are tortuously liable (grounds for civil recovery rather than a crime), criminally punishing propaganda and speech would be a textbook violation of the First Amendment.

*Edit: I thought money was speech

Supreme Court says money is speech, good luck with that Ms. Million-dollar Voter Lottery

we'll fight against the false claims that we're nazis by doing some nazi shit.

People do it because they hate Elon's nazi propaganda, so the government should deal with him to fix the issue.

Election rigging in US, Platforming/endorsing AfD, that nazi dab move, very racist views, tariffs sure to hurt US competition. Capricious layoffs, Recommending Derek Chauvin pardon in order to instigate a race war/police beatdowns.

All of the above are worthy of protests and opposition. It is overt corruption. Much worse than hypocricy of democracy he helped dictate. If the above wasn't enough to protest, the right to express opposing facts and interpreted democratic vision vs elevating that right as equivalent to support for terrorism is yet another, probably the worst, of all protestable evils he is responsible for.

Unlike propaganda vs US empire adversaries or "consensus master creed" that are simply repeated lies without ever factual examination, Musk and Trump are heavily media platformed and incriminate themselves in evil repeatedly.

Can we get a dem to run on a 2028 platform of using these new, expanded executive powers to send Elon to a torture prison in El Salvador and seize all his assets? It's a winning platform.
