If it doesn't you can create one!

Not OP, but does creating a community make you a moderator? If not, does it imply anything beyond that you want that community to exist? Knowing how online communities can go, I’m not sure I would want to take on the responsibility of moderating anything. 😅

Why not leave it unmodded?

One of the fun things about a distributed, site-based system like this is that servers can have rules differing rules. So, if someone wants to make an unmoderated community, they should really check and double check with site admins that they're ok with hosting such a community, and they should also be aware that sites that are not ok with unmoderated communities are likely to block said communities, an possibly even servers that allow unmoderated communities if things get out of hand.

I'm not sure what communities might be similar to these, but I can say that some good ways to find lemmy communities are:

  • Use https://browse.feddit.de/, which searches across many instances. Though communities that JUST got created may take some while to show up there.
  • Browse through community list at https://lemmy.ml/communities/. Being the biggest instance, the users there have subscribed to the bigger communities on any instances that federate with lemmy.ml.

Maybe this can help you search for yourself to find the communities that interest you.
