All over the world, including Australia, Airbnb rentals are in the firing line::Short stay rental regulations won’t solve the rental crisis, but getting houses back into the residential market is a "positive."

I’m fine if you want to rent your second home out. But you should have steep taxes for it. Multiple home owners, for the sake of renting, are a blight on the housing market

Good. Line em up on the wall, they're just a nuisance to every resident that doesn't own one.
