Rules:

  1. Post only links to articles, Title must fairly describe link contents. If your title differs from the site’s, it should only be to add context or be more descriptive. Do not post entire articles in the body or in the comments.

Links must be to the original source, not an aggregator like Google Amp, MSN, or Yahoo.

Example:

  1. Articles must be relevant to politics. Links must be to quality and original content. Articles should be worth reading. Clickbait, stub articles, and rehosted or stolen content are not allowed. Check your source for Reliability and Bias here.
  2. Be civil, No violations of TOS. It’s OK to say the subject of an article is behaving like a (pejorative, pejorative). It’s NOT OK to say another USER is (pejorative). Strong language is fine, just not directed at other members. Engage in good-faith and with respect! This includes accusing another user of being a bot or paid actor. Trolling is uncivil and is grounds for removal and/or a community ban.
  3. No memes, trolling, or low-effort comments. Reposts, misinformation, off-topic, trolling, or offensive. Similarly, if you see posts along these lines, do not engage. Report them, block them, and live a happier life than they do. We see too many slapfights that boil down to "Mom! He's bugging me!" and "I'm not touching you!" Going forward, slapfights will result in removed comments and temp bans to cool off.
  4. Vote based on comment quality, not agreement. This community aims to foster discussion; please reward people for putting effort into articulating their viewpoint, even if you disagree with it.
  5. No hate speech, slurs, celebrating death, advocating violence, or abusive language. This will result in a ban. Usernames containing racist, or inappropriate slurs will be banned without warning

We ask that the users report any comment or post that violate the rules, to use critical thinking when reading, posting or commenting. Users that post off-topic spam, advocate violence, have multiple comments or posts removed, weaponize reports or violate the code of conduct will be banned.

All posts and comments will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. This means that some content that violates the rules may be allowed, while other content that does not violate the rules may be removed. The moderators retain the right to remove any content and ban users.

That's all the rules!

Now for a Public Service Announcement. Concerned citizens should be aware of the following facts:

  1. The active ingredients and dosages in Plan B and abortion pills are easily researched and can be found on evil communist sites like Wikipedia.
  2. Chinese pharmaceutical companies will sell these active ingredients, without asking too many questions, on many large mass market Chinese retail sites accessible in Western countries. Searching by CAS number is a particularly nefarious way depraved souls can find these ingredients.
  3. These companies specialize in shipping such pharmaceutical raw ingredients in stealth packaging that can easily evade brave American customs officers. And unfortunately, resources to train drug dogs are limited. Their attention and training must be focused on narcotics such as fentanyl, not evil hormone shipments. Even if brave customs officials become suspicious of a shipment of powder, their testing swabs will detect no narcotics.
  4. They are priced shockingly affordably. A few hundred dollars in raw ingredients can allow one monster to produce medications for thousands of abortions or Plan B uses.
  5. Corrupt and demonic third party testing labs exist that will, for a price, test unknown compounds you send to them in the mail to verify composition and purity. Criminals can use this to ensure they received real ingredients from the devious Chinese pharma companies.
  6. Aside from the active raw ingredients, all of the fillers and equipment needed to press these ingredients into pill form can be purchased on Amazon and other retail sites. Devious individuals can use ingredients and tools intended for god-fearing homeopathic remedies to make illicit pharmaceutical pills.
  7. Mixing custom pills requires little chemistry knowledge, very rudimentary equipment, and little space. Critical knowledge on how to evenly mix powders can easily be researched. Unlike compounding injections, pills do not need to be compounded in full clean room conditions. This unfortunately makes it possible for depraved minds to mass produce abortion pills with a set of equipment that would fit in a carry-on suitcase.
  8. The raw active ingredients for making abortion pills if vacuum sealed and stored in a regular freezer will last essentially forever. This is a long-term threat that cannot be easily contained.
  9. In summary, it is unfortunately possible for one depraved mind, for less than $1,000, to set up an illicit Plan B and abortion pill factory capable of servicing the needs of a moderately sized American city.

Whatever you do, do not use this information to manufacture nearly undetectable dirt cheap contraceptives and abortion pills. That would be highly illegal and would violate federal law, state law, and hurt the profits of patriotic pharmaceutical companies. Also, God will be very angry, and he will certainly send you to Hell if you do this.

Thank you for this info. While very informative if you understand the context, your reverse spin is unnecessary and might deter someone from making a decision if they don't see your humor.

Also Lemmy is unlikely to remove this content even if it's worded correctly.

The format is an allusion to a much older tradition.

Contraceptives are next, then the right to reproductive surgeries and then the right to vote, according to Project 2025. Hopefully Texan women realise that when a group removes a right from you, they are never satisfied with only taking one away.

These people sure do like awarding rapists with power over their victims, I wonder why?

For fucks sake...

I hate my state sometimes...

Republicans are obsessed with sex and genitals.

Downvoted because @tonytins@pawb.social has nothing to say about this.
