It feel like it's coming just in time for the Russians who have exhausted their military hardware and will allow them to regroup.

Granted, Ukraine is exhausted too, particularly in Kursk, but they're just starting to make some advances around Pokrovsk.

It feels like the pause in US aid was to let Russia capture Sudzha, then the ceasefire would let them fortify it so that Ukraine has nothing to trade for the regions occupied by Russia.
