A moment of appreciation for authentic, good quality Japanese rice (not the supermarket stuff). It's spenny but worth every cent getting the good shit from Hinoki... Can eat it just plain with a bit of shichimi and salt. Glistening, toothsome, and somehow holding its own flavour.

So if the Reject Shop was like 10 times bigger; that’s what Panda Mart is?
a very large temu
argh, the boxes I ordered are really tiny , I should have read the descriptions much more closely
oh well , I'll just get some more
that new nothing phone 3a in blue has me questioning my phone sexuality. And at half the price of a new iphone its VERY tempting. How are google, samsung and apple producing the same shit year in year out with minimal upgrades charging such insane prices when this beautiful thing is innovative and so cheap?
Non starter anyway, nothing wrong with my phone. But when it does die... Why would I spend double the price of the nothing to just get another boring slab of steel and glass? Apples ecosystem is bloody nice. But Siri is still a disaster 5 years in, apple intelligence is DOA and if Steve Jobs were still around he'd have someone shot for the current state of iOS18.
Anyone know exactly what's happening on the Hurstbridge/Mernda line? After the day I've had (boss informed us we're going back to office full-time for reasons of "productivity"), last thing I need is to spend ten bucks for a borked train line
Planned maintenance and renewal works keep trains running safely and reliably passengers for passengers.
Buses will replace trains on sections of the Hurstbridge Line between 31 January and 27 March.
Between Heidelberg and Eltham.
Busses replace trains, yet trains don't replace busses.
Riddle me that, Batman!
