Nazis are fucking cowards. challenge them even the slightest and they crumple.

I live in a fairly small town. Mostly white, mostly redneck back then.

My junior year, the klan was going to do some kind of bullshit and demonstrate across the road from the school.

The section of town at the edge, right before you get into farms and nothing else, was a tad on the rough side. It was where the poorest white families, and the most of the black families lived.

Shockingly, those two trips groups agreed that the klan could go fuck itself. The more roughneck among them let it be known that if the klan showed up at the school at all, they'd get mowed down. This is not a casual threat when everyone that was involved was armed the the teeth, and most had felony records. This was the drug dealers, the career thieves, etc.

The klan did not show.

When kids do more than both houses of elected representatives.

Intolerance of the intolerant in beautiful action.

However i feel like nowadays this kinda thing would quickly escalate to a firefight. People have gotten shot for ringing a doorbell.

If I was OOPs dad, I’d be thinking to myself “fuck, somehow I managed to raise this kid right.”

The cops turned tail and left town?

MAGA flags are the white hoods of today. Keep a list of their addresses now. Like hoods, flags can be removed when it's convenient for them

Kids are the future.

Unfortunately the klan kicks in my area have easy access to guns, are trigger happy, and have a stand your ground law to hide behind. I might harass a few if I could avoid getting shot.
