Too weak, should have been "Other Dragons you control get +X/+X, where X is the number of Dragons you control" and "Tempest (When you cast this spell, copy it for each spell cast or copied before it this turn.)"

I might have to start a magicthecirclejerking community, lest I pollute the mains... 🤭
