You were alright with the bee?
I feel like I would disqualify the bee based on a third axis related to maneuverability. Cruise missiles shouldn't be strictly ballistic like a dumb bullet, but they shouldn't be as maneuverable as a bee either. Rotary-wing drones, for example, cannot be cruise missiles.
IMO, it's a seeking missile that expends itself. So therefore it's a cruise missile.
