Hi all! I have a 1TB HDD in poor health and I want to move all files in it (about 300gb) to the new 8tb hdd. Is it ok to temporarily place it on amazon package cardboard inside the case (it’s laying on the desk atm so no vertical fall risk). After i move everything i’ll remove the 1 tb hdd from the one bracket I have and put the 8 tb new hdd on it.
