I found an old post on here about saving content from Instagram, but it seems many of them no longer work and was hoping for updated recommendations.

I have archived story posts back through 2020 that I would like to download. Additionally, I'd like to download all of my saved posts, so that I can finally let my account drift into the ether.

Any help with this would be appreciated!
