The American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) and other immigrant advocacy groups filed a lawsuit against the Trump administration Wednesday to gain access to detained migrants flown to Guantánamo Bay. The ACLU claims that holding migrants without access to lawyers or a means to communicate with relatives violates their right to habeas corpus, First Amendment rights, due process rights, and immigration law provisions.

Under this administration? They'd better be careful, or they may find themselves in Guantanamo.

The alternative, where you comply now to save your ass isn’t going to last long.

Unless resistance is strong enough to turn the tide everyone who is not a fascist will end up in a camp sooner or later.

Eh, I'll probably go down shooting before I go into a camp. I'm at an age and state where I'd rather be dead than in a concentration camp.

Isn't the ACLU against free speech and gun rights these days? They're a bit of joke. Why give some washed up lobbyists access to anything?
