Im not a computer wiz just a casual who enjoys the internet and file org lol

As the title implies, my aunt and uncles' entire business data store is on an external HDD(lol) and I suggested a NAS, they agreed, now all I need to do is set up NAS / transfer the data. (roughly 3.5tb) They also have very slow internet. roughly 100 download and 10 upload maximum.

What SAFE TOOL do you wizards recommend?

Can I trust Teracopy 3.17? - I have run multiple tests with around 100 gigs on some smaller folders of my own data on my own devices. all has been quick and clean.
ROBO copy scares me (old CompTIA books)
fast copy looks sketchy
