My patience vanished. When it became clear he's not an idiot acting in good faith, but a deliberately trolling twat, I finally just blocked his ass... and then saw him again. And again. And again.

At some point it becomes an abuse that most Lemmy admins should killfile and IP block, and that point is probably somewhere before 'ha ha just try to get rid of me' appears in their goddamn profile headers.

edit: There's a search bar in the Blocks page. You can click through and get rid of all twenty of this asshole's ban-evasion sockpuppets.

Bro, it takes 5 seconds to block me. Even if I had 100 accounts. Or just scroll past me. You don't have to read anything I post.

No need to resort to name-calling. I just post links to articles that major news orgs publish. You don't have to read the article, friend. Calm down.

The fediverse is actually about jumping around to different instances, so that no one group of people or org can silence you. That's the whole spirit and point of the fediverse.

Also just block the community I am posting to, and you'll never see what I post, regardless of the instance I am posting from.

I'm just a socialist posting articles that I find interesting. I've never said I advocate for everything in every article I post.

Have you written the major news orgs to let them know that you disagree with the news they are writing?
