Lol, i've not read about that place in a while, but if i remember it wasn't a salt water to fresh water issue they had. So, not sure this approach will help much.
no it was lead pipes and just no one spending on infrastructure (read as: embezzling those funds)
I do remember reading that things had improved, i hope thats the case.
Last stuff I had read was that water was still not safe to drink, I think maybe one or two of the schools got some filtering or replacement pipes, but I will admit I have not heard anything on this subject in two years so I hope they are better.
