The important part is to not stop until it actually can have an effect. Cut off the oil in 18 months so inflation skyrockets before mid terms.
If anything is resolved now, it will only encourage shenanigans again after US midterm elections.
Europe will take your oil and syrup at market value. No problem.
As a Canadian living in the UK, the maple syrup sold here as A Grade Canadian Made.... it's watery pish. Absolutely not unadulterated syrup. And it hurts my national pride knowing that people here think that what they're getting is the real McCoy...
In Norway we get diluted shit and pay a ridiculous price for it.
It's pretty extortionate in the UK too.
