17x7.5,, has a made in england stamping but no definitive stampings for pcd, offset or centerbore. Look like RS Cosworth wheels but arent. Has a retaining bolt hole for the flat bolt hole cover (which I'll post in another comment, which matches some 90s ford wheels) owner says they came off a Peugeot but my fellow french car enthusiasts say they definitely arent an OE Peugeot wheel.
Im not a Peugeot expert but I have to agree, they lack the logo on the centercap so they probably aren't OEM, at least the centercaps.
Maybe not from a Peugeot, but because of the tiny 4 lug pattern, I could easily see these as wheel designs for a small Mini, BMW, or Renault. I doubt these are from a Ford since Fords mostly use 5 lug hubs and not 4 lug. Maybe Vauxhall wheels that were made in England for some reason?
My best guess is these are aftermarkets that were designed to look like an OEM wheel.
That's not true. Basically every pre 2000s Euro Ford ran 4x108mm bolt pattern. Same as many Peugeots. Sierra, Escort, Fiesta, Focus the first 2 Mondeos, all ran it. They do look a lot like Escort wheels but are not quite right. Logos could simply have been removed or fallen off. They might just be generic aftermarket alloy wheels.
The guy selling them wants a perfectly reasonable figure, but he is a 3hr drive away and I dont really want to do the drive to find out they are a terrible fit or wont fit at all so I'm trying my best to ID them from the pictures.
The combination of 4x108, made in england and that retaining bolt gave me hope they were off some variety of UK Ford but so far I've pulled up zip.
Reverse image search didn't help much as these are a very common style of wheel. I did see some BMW wheels that looked similar, including the bolted flat center cap and the round impression for the BMW logo, but those were 15" and unlikely to be 4-lug.
