It's A Digital Disease!

I'm having an issue that there is no mp4 video on myfaveTT archive html, it plays the audio but there is only a timeline bar at the bottom. it does display the cover images when viewing the list. but does not play the mp4 when clicked on. I've tried redownloading and that didn't solve it. Anyone else experiencing this? I don't want to have to try to view and sort through all my favorites in my folder, the archive is super useful (only when it manages to work....)

i tried downloading favorites from another account on the same browser and same computer and it worked just fine. strange
