I'm wondering if there is some consensus on which codec formats to choose with archiving youtube videos?

We at equal bit rates AV1>VP9>h264 for video and Opus>AAC for audio but youtube seems to go with much lower bitrates for the more advanced codecs.

Although it seems like youtube pairs AV1 with 96bit AAC.
