I am running low on space. Currently debating between a 8 tb hdd ($150-$200) or a cheap external blu ray drive ($50) and 50 pack of blurays ($30). Going the bluray route will get me 12.5 tb for about $80. But is it worth all the trouble of burning discs? I sort of like the idea of having data stored I can essentially forget about and not consider deleting when I am in need of storage. But the convenience of a large hdd is hard to beat. Is bluray worth the trouble?
