Okay so I saw a picture of it on a news website and thought "eh he's probably just waving to someone."

Seeing the actual video kinda dispels all doubt now.

And WTF are those cheers I hear when he does it?! TWICE?!

Every thread about this has someone whose firsr impression seeing this picture that this could merely be a coincidence, being flabbergasted at how blatant the gesture is from the video. And I'm all for that.
