I have a 2TB HDD 2.5" that is now not being detected by windows and is now doing a chirping noise. I opened up the HDD to see what is the issue with it internally, and it looks like that the arm is not reading the platter properly. I have no idea what are the next steps on this issue, if there is anything else I can do on my end (does the platter need to be lowered? Is the arm the problem? Or is the HDD dead?)

Looking for advice on what I can do to save this drive, or at least save the files.
