Military Police in Tuva Beat and Tortured Wounded Soldiers with Electric Shocks Who Wanted to Return to War in Ukraine.

Vitaly Borodin, head of the Federal Project on Security and Anti-Corruption in Russia, has published a video showing two military police officers at military unit NΒΊ 55115 in Kyzyl beating and torturing two men with batons and electric shocks. The officers even assaulted one man who could not walk without a cane. In the video, one of the policemen orders the soldiers to strip and threatens to rape them.

Borodin explained that before the beatings, the servicemen were in a hospital, but it was decided to send them to the front lines in their condition. The men protested, which led to the assault. As a result, one of the victims sustained a spinal injury during the beating and was taken away in critical condition.

"They broke his spine with this baton, and now the man is in serious condition. Pay attention to how this scum, there's no other word for it, turns on the stun gun and enjoys it," Borodin stated.

According to him, FSB officers have now arrived at the military unit to conduct an investigation. It is expected that a criminal case will be initiated
