Does BackBlaze allow archiving backups of of external drives? Any other provider worth considering? (zerobytes.monster)

I need to backup about 8-10TB worth of files, BackBlaze is apparently unlimited (which I find hard to believe) but willing to try it out. Does it allow archiving of files (cleaning up old/deleted files on command?).

Occassionally I swap/move things around in my backups and want automated cleanup with a list of everything that will be deleted upon my command. If they allow script cleanup that would be nice too.

Appreciate any suggestions.
