I currently have a DS2415+ with 12 10TB drives that's been going strong for almost 8 years now. I replaced smaller drives out with the 10TB drives about five years ago.

I am running up against the wall woth filling up the original and I'm planning on doing an upgrade.

I want to be able to run maybe 20 docker images on it.

I had considered replacing all the 10tb drives with 20tb drives but I quickly threw that idea in the garbage.

Is the new DS3622xs+ plus the drives worth the 7k? Is it powerful and reliable enough to run a docker setup?

Can you suggest any pros and cons?

EDIT: WHAT CARD WOULD YOU SUGGEST FOR A RAID ARRAY AND NOT WORRYING ABOUT THE COMPUTE?
