I have dosen of photos i need to share with my mother and brothers etc.
I have beefy server (who doesn't) and i through well maybe it's EASY to setup PhotoPrism, connect it to a domain, use SSL and boom.
----Rant warning----
Well, you can. Allthrough SSL is a BITCH to setup cause its really picky about that browser lock thing. Anyway, got that sorted.
My domain now works, wohoo. When i go to share my album to my horror: The secret key doesn't work? Turn out after bit of a googling via albums you cant share albums with your fucking domain so it password encrypts it first. Wtf??
So with photoprism i'm done, fucking done. Spend 3 days to setup this and this.
----Rant over-----
Flicker pro sucks (or so i have read) Dropbox is little bit better (but expensive) immich has it quirks. Via docker didn't even got it setuped properly. Nextcloud is slow as fuck.
what next? Google photos is a no go because google.
