I have 2 drives (4 TB each) in RAID 1 (mirror) config in a Synology NAS. I also have an extra 4 TB drive. I want to use all the three drives ( 2 with data in mirror config and 1 empty) in a RAIDZ1 config in a TrueNAS Scale machine. How can I achieve this without buying any extra drive for backing and transferring the data?
