And that is surely still just a small part of the actual vulnerabilities we have, because many developers don't care enough to report things (limited resources or ignorance)

There's no mention of where the 30% increase is coming from in the article other then a vague mention of complexity.

Does it really reflect that suddenly all systems jumped by 30% in complexity or is it because of something else, like AI trash suddenly starting to make its way into prod?
