I think that the summary hits the spot. These extensions would be a really good idea, but there are whole Suburbs that have no rail infrastructure at all! Implementing any Train and Trams in these suburbs would be a much better use of resources than providing inner-city yuppies with a way to save their boot leather.

Walking 10 km from Berwick or Cranbourne station to Clyde North is a much less pleasant journey than walking 1 km through Carnegie.

@Salvo @Baku think of them more as good options for showing these areas that they still matter when proposing much more substantial upgrades in other areas.

Also that 1km walk in the middle can make that route impossible for people who cannot walk that far (or who adding that to the days travels is too much)

freakin wild Clyde gets screwed as hard as it does. Why the hell you'd buy down there as opposed to officer blows my mind. Yeah, officer is an absolute shithole but at least that shithole has a train. Even if it is the worst line in the network.

And now you aren’t even allowed to service/work on your own car in Clyde (or any of Casey).
