I'm using Macrium 8 on Win 10 and since last month I started to have serious speed issues with Disk Imaging

So, I have daily scheduled differential backups of my 3 SSD drives(about 100GB) on a 2TB WD Blue HDD

I checked the log history and until 2 Dec 2024 it took on average 10-15 minutes for this backup to be done.

Something happened on 3 Dec, and since then, the same backup has taken about 7-8 hours at an average speed of 20MB.

I used CrystalDiskMark to check all drives for speed issues but everything seems to be fine.

I went to Event Viewer and noticed that on 2 December there was a Windows Update.

Also in the same day I installed Everything app from voidTools. It's a well known application which allows you to search for files and folder instant.

I remember that during or after installing Everything all my drives frozen as far as I remember I think I had to reboot the PC.

Something happened at that time. So not sure it has to do with the Windows update or that app but I'm not sure how this speed issue.

Any tips?

Thanks
