Hi, so I move around alot and use shared WiFi, my usecase is basically that I hate how big games have gotten and 4k video is so I want to have a 10tb SSD with Windows installed and then an HDD that mirrors and copies all the contents of the SSD. I'm not sure which type of RAID that would be, I think RAID 1, but also a con of doing this is I read that the speed will be limited to the slowest drive in the RAID system so that would defeat the purpose of getting an SSD if true. My library will basically be 4k movies and TV shows, ROMs of various emulators, FLAC music files, and a backup of my PC and Steam Deck.

I could also just get a NAS, the problem is that I move around a lot so my WiFi network will be different a lot, I was wondering if that would affect the NAS setup and if it's possible to shift the data to a different WiFi network. Also, I'm concerned about privacy and if someone could easily access/hack my NAS since I'll be shifting between different essentially public networks.
