Unionized staffing cooperatives like AlliedUP can offer workers not only better pay and benefits, but critical support and a measure ownership over their professional futures.

pay the staff appropriately and you will no longer have a shortage. i dont understand how this is still news.

No, simply increase the number of H1B visa workers, now you can pay them even less and work them even harder, they have no leverage!
