Without a way to magically transport resources, there’s no chance of getting anything useful from Putin right now.

Looking ahead, Russia’s economy is in shambles. Even under ideal conditions, it’ll take years to recover.

There is no long term plan. A few millions on an offshore account that is suddenly yours is enough for most to kill their entire nation.
