This is a community for discussion, news, and memes pertaining to the video game sub-genre "soulslike".
Given Lemmy's size, the definition of soulslike may be treated relatively loosely. While games like the numerous FromSoft titles, the recent Star Wars Jedi games, Lies of P, Nioh and similar games should be the focus, games that incorporate soulslike elements - like Hollow Knight and Blasphemous, for example - may also be discussed here.

It's not common, but yes.

I don't remember that feature at all. And if kinda feels contrary to FromSoft's vision of communication, with ambiguous messages from pre-chosen strings and vote counts that don't differentiate upvotes and downvotes.
I'm really surprised they would add that feature.
Who needs voice chat when carvings exist?
As I said, not common, most of the times I heard voices was just bcs they didn't know they had their mic on.
