Back from IKEA, thought Saturday night would be a good time to go to avoid crowds. Surprisingly more people there than I expected but very manageable. I hate crowded stores with a passion.

Had meatballs and this amazing cake for dinner from the restaurant, hit the spot.

Then the shopping began. Needed to collect KK present for next week but then โ€œaccidentallyโ€ spent an additional $160 on crap for my place.

Breakfast had, coffee made.

Tv on. Bring on the Test Cricket at the Gabba!

Weโ€™ve lost the toss and India has elected to bowl first.

This is going to be interesting.

And Animal Crossing engaged!

Haven't found a better playlist than Spotify's 'Liked' so far. Every song is a fucking banger

First inspection done. That would be a resounding NO. Oh well, Next!

I've been out since 8am running all the errands and sorting Christmas presents and some going away things for people finishing up at work.

Time for a shower beer and a flop I reckon

I've been watching a few of the trailers for new games that appeared at some awards show.

Reading through the YouTube comments is fucking repugnant. No wonder the average person associates video games with incel neckbeards.

The thing that gets me is the grim knowledge that these people are in society. They are neighbours, coworkers, family members etc. They just put on a face in public but let loose with their real self online. You probably unknowingly come across these people in real life. Itโ€™s a disturbing thought.

Absolutely. They're too cowardly to stand by their "alpha" opinions in real life.

I will never understand why it's so fucking contentious to have a woman as a main character. It's insanity.

It's a video GAME.

I wish my life was so privileged that this was my biggest worry.
