Apparently, Fück is an actual, if not particularly common, surname in the German-speaking world.

I’m German and I’ve never heard of that name. I’m sure it exists but it must be extremely rare.

There used to be a town in Austria called „Fucking“ but they renamed themselves to Fugging in 2020.
