If I had to say my favorite ghost story manga it would be "VS EVIL" by Yomoyama

Dandadan is less of a real "ghost" story manga/anime and more of a "ghost story" as in Modern-Yokai/Urban-Legend story. Theres a little known manga called Terror Night by Tsukimi you dudes might enjoy.
