I just want to share this horrible experience I'm having with iDrive. I had a 5TB account with them and over ran it by a couple hundred GB for a month. They charged my $277 in penalties! I upgraded and assumed the offered upgrade was the next level but it was two levels up. That part is on me for not checking but they are evil. Now, I am unable to contact them to discuss this. Phone keeps sending me to voicemail or cutting off entirely.
