My actual DVD drive , while it works, has it's eject button like not wanting to work (Sure, i could just do it from W10 instead) but i thought it'd also be a great time to give it a proper retire and put in a worthy, new one
However, in Spain, it's very hard to find a proper drive that works for a long time (Amazon reviews says some internal/external drives died after 3 months, others said other things...)
We don't have Pioneer, that's for sure, besides the usual weird named ones that one should evade like the plague.
Uses would be for reading and writting CD/DVDs and , if possible, 1080p BluRay rippings for backup
What we seem to have are:
Internal:
ASUS BW-16D1HTBW-16D1HT Internal 105€
LG-BH16NS40 Internal 123€ (3rd party seller)
LG BH16NS55 Internal 96,71€ (3rd party seller)
External:
Verbatim Slimline UHD 4K with USB-A adapter B07MTP9VKX 110€ (Sent by Amazon but 3rd party seller)
Not sure if there are any other trustworthy externals, tho
Any guidance, please?
