I know that the write speed for raid 6 is going to be lower than raid 5 due to writing 2 parity instead of 1.

How much slower would it actually be? I'm mostly going to be doing containers and maybe a vm here or there, would I really notice a difference? What kinds of services would I notice the difference and use raid 5 over raid 6? Only AI I would be using is detection for my cameras.
