The amber warning runs from 7am Saturday 23rd until 5pm Saturday 23rd as neither the article nor the linked Met Office tweet seemed to make that obvious anywhere

Nope! A bit of sleet, very icy. Had to take the dog to the vet which is in the town I used to live in and the pavements were a nughtmare!!!
