It would be incredible if researchers found a way to overcome this hurdle. Going through a long process to find what works is a massive pain that can involve lots of negative side-effects.
Not to mention that some of those side effects can be seriously dangerous.
This subtype sounds like it has more overlap with ADHD symptoms than most other kinds of depression do.

Then he prescribed her Vyvanse and it has been a game changer for her. Completely got her out of that funk.
